I just saw the Not-So Amazing Spider Man toys tonight... T-crotches?!? WTF is this? Kenner circa '89? I am saddened and very disappointed. Dayglo green goblin... psh

What irritates me the most is this is the garbage that's gonna warm pegs for the next 2 or more months while we wait for the next waves of MU... Bravo hasbro, marketing geniuses. I'm sooo spending my money on Monster High now...

Not to mention that at least in this area, the biggest peg-warmers in MU are the big peg-warmers in their own lines (Thor, Cap, Iron Man, Spidey, and Wolvie).

I saw that line first release only last week, so I don't have any idea what could be a warmer on that line in this area. But there being a Thor included helps my point, though.

I actually thought that Iron Fist released earlier and that I actually had it, until I looked at my collection and found it was green and not white.

Finally seen the craptastic Spiderman line in Walmart.. ugh. Also next to it was the Dark Knight Rises 3.75"? figures.. good lord even more horrid. They had a Bane and I swear to you it looks like a 90's McDonalds toy.

Loved it.. there are a couple pages since I last checked in, so I skipped past all of the BS and missed it originally.

I sure was lucky, I realized that even more in the following weeks, mos., years, lol. I wasn't even into MU or 3.75" at the time. I drove across town in search of Transformers Animated Rodimus, no luck, drove back home empty handed. Decided to stop by the Pasadena TRU, still no Rodimus...I was also new to Toyark, and on the front page was the variant Havok and AA hitting retail news. So, low and behold, on the endcap, there they were!!!! Also went looking for more in the following days, to no avail. Also, as it turned out, I couldn't find these little fuckers again, variant or regular, for a year until the revision packs!!! I really had no idea what I had at the time...

But, they were my first official MU (as I had a couple XMO figures), and as I initially only wanted X-Men, I'll be damned if I don't buy almost everyone now!!!!

I liked it, but, and this should be taken as constructive criticism, I got a little confused with the thought bubbles (boxes)/internal monologue. Maybe I just don't know what's going on in the comic, but he's talking, and thinking twice, or is someone/thing responding, or is it narrated? Just slightly confusing, but easy enough to follow. Cool poses. Post more please :-)

As to new figs- I'll get Doc Ock eventualy since his head looks a lot like Machine Man and I like the tenticle graspers for my enhanced Showdown Ock.
I was even thinking of making his current near-death version.

Maybe I'll get a basic black suit Batman, just to rebuild him into something better and sell hi for a million dollars to a wealthy but disapointed Bat-fan.
