If you don't get that companies tell you what they want you to hear, and push shit down your throats weather you like it or not I can't help you. Have you seen this sales data? Or is it just something you heard from the people that are trying to push a product? I'm just saying from my personal observations, and personal experience and interaction, I don't see people, other than you, flocking to her in droves as you are reporting. I don't care one way or the other man she seems cool and all, just not my bag, but I don't think I'm really the group ( younger girls) she's targeted at.

BTW, I go into the camp not giving a shit about this new Ms Marvel. I couldn't care less if she's a popular character or not, she's not interesting to me. Plus, I don't really want anything to do with the current Marvel comics. I don't need a collection of characters beyond the early 90s outside of maybe an exception here or there (like Coulson and the Spider Army). |
Same here, huge fan. Always get Avengers, but became a fan during the ANAD Avengers run! was excited to get her figure. I Have not read her solo title, but as a team character she works for me.

And I would love to see the Astral Strange suit of armor. |

i dig Ms.Marvel in the Miles SpiderMan book as part of his "extended family". Have never read her solo book but other than Miles, (and the two Captain America books) most Marvel Now stuff just doesn't click for me, so i never really gave her book a try... But her figure was great and unique looking- out of that wave she was the one i was most looking forward to getting (And that was my first non-case buy of ML figures since way back when people still called it 'Return' of Marvel Legends) She looks great on the shelf with Miles and Gwen, and Silk!

Is ANAD Spidey 2099 supposed to be really popular? He's by far the most expensive member of the wave to get on the aftermarket which is odd, since I would think that'd be Green Goblin or Ms. Marvel
|
It may just be that the design is really flippin' cool.

I don't know, the more subdued costumes always made more sence to me, like black costume spidey. You want to blend in, not draw attention to yourself.
By the way shouldn't NYC in the MU look like the crypt keepers house by now with all the spider people swinging around? We're up to what now 742? There are more spider-people than mutants anymore! |

And yah time to break out the spider spray. Its like walking through the tunnel in the beginning of raiders of the lost ark haha :) |
My Anti-Venom has held up well but I'm worried any sort of yellowing or paint chip is gonna look insanely obvious.

Not sure if this is news or old news, but I got bored.. and looked back at the SDCC panel pics. Looks like I found a match for that helmeted head that was teased, presumably for the upcoming Thor wave. The main clue is the cloth that is attached to the back of the helmet in the comic and covers the hair sculpt on the figure.

Hasn't he had that cloth for a few costumes now? The one I have (from the Odin wave) has that cloth...
