It seems legit: Netflix just announced a Punisher series. It's just a skull and then it says Netflix Original Series coming soon. It's popping up on Facebook and appears to be from netflix's Twitter page.

As far as I can tell so far LCS seems to be the ones getting them first at retail this time. I'm not paying $16+ for these. $13 is already hard to justify with the reduced articulation.

EDIT: Nvm, found what you were talking about. I scrolled through all of the Toy Fair 2016 stuff and assumed all CW stuff with the exception of the motorcycle Cap was legends, so this is a really awesome surprise for me!
