Cool if anyone finds them care to grab one set for me :D with proper paint apps on Agent 13 specially face paint apps. I noticed the review version has a paint flaw on her right tight.

Her body is perfect for Agent May, it's actually got the jacket I can't paint a navy. I'll have to grab a few of her.

yeah that is surprising

where in the boonies do you guys live?!

I've seen them at Target, TRU, & Meijer(regional dept store not related but like Fred Meyer in NW)
last year's is at Gamestop & Five Below not to mention the ones peg-warming still at my Targets

Harbinger 05-02-2016 05:49 AM

Goldie i live in a very heavily scaler ridden area. Anyhng new or popular is decended upon like vultures on a freshly dead corpse and is instantly priced 3+ or more times the normal price...which i flatout refuse to pay and since most etailers don't sell every figure singular it makes it tough to find what im looking for. The local vultures found out about five below but luckily i got my figs before they decended.

Heres hoping i can find someone whos got what i need and i have something they want.

Yep, I was thinking May as well. So, currently need 1 Panther (but unless my eyes are playing up he looks a little short) and 4 Agent 13's.

Hope loose figures turn up on e-bay soon. Nearest Toys R Us to me is miles away so I only have about 3 trips a year.

Grippen 05-02-2016 06:19 AM

I'm actually surprised how they didn't show up on ebay via China sellers yet.

The third largest bloody city in my state, which constantly is being shafted for new products from toys to games to even snacks and other food products. Meanwhile friends and relatives in smaller towns around here get that shiz up to MONTHS ahead of us, if we get it at all.

Yeah that was a bit odd seeing as how all ML seem to start out on ebay months before they actually get released.

Must be because this is a Toysrus set. If you look at it the Cap + bike set was also not seen in China sellers, not even the figure without the bike. I think the Toysrus sets must have a different channel or a different QA. Most of the China figures are rejects from QA which go somehow into "black market". Maybe these toysrus sets are produced in less quantity and somehow the rejects are in low quantity either because the process is itself more improved or because the QA is lower. At least the Agent 13 in the video as a big paint flaw on her tight.

Villano 05-02-2016 08:15 AM

Captain Mar-Vell gets a holster and a ray gun? Cool. The holster is on his right hip, but he can only hold the gun in his left hand? Wha..? Not that it matters, since it looks like the gun doesn't fit in the holster anyway. :(

Remember when they used to care about stuff like that?

Mordiganne 05-02-2016 09:32 AM

For those that have trouble finding them, why don't you just buy them online? You can find them for the same retail prices (often less than retail) get free shipping and you don't waste time or gas driving around to the stores.

And I'm not even talking about specialty mark-up stores like BBTS. Amazon alone sells at retail and offers free shipping.

Mordiganne 05-02-2016 09:34 AM

Character question...while working on a custom (will be posted soon) I got thinking about this guy's dumbass outfit and got curious. Does anyone legitmately know what the leg fins on Unicorn's outfit are for? (I'm not going to hotlink the image, so click the link to see the costume in question.)

Maybe they're aerodynamic of some sort?

I'm not 100% sure I think the primary concern is paint jobs. You don't know the quality of what you're getting until it's received in.

I can overlook most paint jobs so I don't have an issue buying online. It's just easier especially because of the usually very long wait for retail. It all just depends on how badly I want something though. Sometimes the cost online is more expensive --even Amazon at first for instance Living Laser is nearly $30 through a third party seller. Now if history prevails that will likely go down to $15 in a month or two, more likely what I would pay.

That sucks. I know TRU in my area stocked them up at least 3-4 times, and have them at Target too, peg warmers only. I'm sure HTS will have these up soon though.

I fixed the typo in your post. I think the fins are simply there to make the outfit 100 times cooler. Let's face it; who wouldn't want leg fins when they were styling themselves after a mythical horse? Fins would be essential. Think myth. Think horse. Think fins. The logic just flows.

Madame Warlock 05-02-2016 04:10 PM

It's going to be hard for me to find that 2 pack because I'm in Ireland and we don't have TRU anymore.

Any news on the Falcon figure?

Madame Warlock 05-02-2016 04:14 PM

That Agent 13 figure looks like it would be amazing custom fodder.

That really sucks. Walmart.com had some. If you have one nearby you can ship to store for free.
