I'd be lying if I said I wasn't jealous.

I decided to part with my TF Masterpiece Soundwave and Skywarp yesterday. I put them on ebay today (Seller name is same as forum name here) . I am still deciding on if I will part with Optimus Prime. I just made the decision to get out of the Masterpiece game and need to pay for that giant Tie Fighter I have on layaway :-)

I missed out completely on that Soundwave, I'll check out the auction.

very cool. .. though, you should've just taken a shot closer of the box itself since the TIE pilot in the window shows the scale pretty well. but still, very cool.

i think the price is a bit too much though for a big hunk of plastic.. i mean the upcoming BTAS batmobile is priced at $100 (or $85 @ BBTS) fits two figures as well, has seat belts, and really cool lighting effects on the interior and exterior of the vehicle.

Very true about the Batmobile. NEXT WEEK!!! Cannot wait.

Have yet to see that TIE near me. Just tons of BS Snowtrooper Commanders :)

Either you're being sarcastic or you're easily the luckiest Arker here in regards to the Black Series since every other store I've heard of has only gotten two Snowtrooper officers.

Rather than making a new post I'll just add on that I found the Pop vinyl Big Daddy at Gamestop today. I normally really don't like the Pop vinyl figures, the head shape is odd, the eyes are blank, and the general lack of details is boring, the only one I've purchased before was the baby Groot as a Christmas gift for my mom who really liked the GotG movie. However the Big Daddy here doesn't have a face so to me it looks a lot better than the usual Pops. It's just cutesy cartoony looking but not stupidly bland. Songbird looked pretty nice too but I definitely prefer Mr. Bubbles so I chose him.

yea i used to have a huge entertainment center years ago for my tv and such that had a partly glass door on the side of it! so, one day while moving the door fell off and hit the ground hard but never shattered! as long as they are made properly i suppose that most glass anything will survive the test of time as it were!

I got the Emma/deadpool/chameleon/Korg/North Star/colossus/Korg wave of the marvel universe infinite series legends 3.75" toys in the mail from eBay today:

Pyrex glass is more pressure resistant than most metals when it comes to deep ocean exploration.

I think I just used up all my luck for the rest of the year because I ran into a full peg of these bad boys. Bad thing is I was able to order two online so I didn't need any.

I did pick up an extra because I just couldn't just walk away empty handed.

2 week finds

Been going out a lot trying to track these guys down. Finally caught up on the TMNT releases that I was looking for. Also for the first time I found a full set of hot wheels that I was after, normally I tend to find all but one in the stores.

Could not find any of the world of nintendo 2.5 range. It looks like the targets in my area stopped stocking the range and the only other store I find them in is toys r us which has been sitting on all donkey kong figures for the past several months. They have nothing but donkey kong and diddy kong in all three series.

Random stop into Target after work netted me the last two I wanted from the Rhino wave. I was really glad I did not want Misty Knight as they one on the peg had one of the worst face paint jobs I have seen. The pupils were at the outside corners of both eyes...

Scarlet Spidey and Ghost Rider added to my line-up.

If anyone has a Rhino chest and both arms they are willing to sell for a reasonable price, please shoot me a PM.

En Sabah Nerd 10-17-2015 08:54 PM

Well I decided that since the Big Daddy pop was so neat I'd get the Songbird too and so I did. He's a bit bigger and heavier than the Big Daddy but only somewhat. I think it's ridiculous that some people complain about him not having the Gamestop exclusive sticker on the box even though he is exclusive to Gamestop so it's not like you're gonna forget where you got him. I find it noteworthy that his eyes are the angry red but the Big Daddy has the calm yellow eyes, maybe the yellow just didn't look good on the Songbird.

Found a lonely 8 bit Link and a Vader/Ahsoka 2-pack at Target today. Just wanted to add that I too saw about 8 Black Series Snowtroopers at TRU as well but I don't collect those. I will only be picking up the rebels when they are released...

I got the checkout person to match the online price of $30! I would never have gotten this set at full price, but looking at it as $20 for Ultron (the main desired figure), $10 for Vision, and Hulk for free is a great deal. Of the few packs they had some had really bad face paint or bent antennae on Ultron. I found a nice one in the bunch. Some of Vision's joints are kinda loose and Hulk's chest looks like it belongs to another toy but overall I'm glad I found this.
