He has another for sale for $80.

It says unreleased. So BP/A13 set hasn't been released yet. Seller must have took it from warehouse. Better to wait till it shows up at retail than pay $80 for it.

They could've at least packed in a Civil War Cap'n but I guess that'd cost too much or something. I mean it's not like they've got one already made or anything...oh wait.

For those of you that live in NY and are interested in the BP&A13 set I can share some more info on it. I managed to swap a few messages with the guy on ebay. He told me he got them from a small shop where he buys things frequently and has connections overseas. So my assumption is that is was somehow "hijacked" in China or already in US. So forget TRUs best option is to check small toy or comic stores in the area. Off course he may have bought all of the available ones or he is running a deal with the owner where he sells them on ebay for him and has a share of the profit. Meanwhile the other dual set Cap&IM also showed up on ebay again, different seller and location from what I could tell. So these may be in the "black market" already, I just hope this doesn't mean that they will never hit TRUs.

OK I know where he got it. There are some of those shops in Chinatown in New York. I've heard of them before.
They usually get things before regular retail.

Cool I will take my private jet this weekend to NY and hit those stores :D LOL
