Yeah, I am honestly considering buying a second set for no real reason other than that it's $40 LOL! That Deadpool is NICE!

That person must know something I don't. It's a nice sculpt and probably one of the better Sue Storm figures, but you're drinking straight bleach if you think I'm paying nearly seventeen times retail cost on something I can buy in stores very soon.

Also, I really want that Guardians Angela figure right now. I've got her on pre-order though, and even $80 for something that nice is unreasonable. [Edit: Pardon me, $90 after shipping. I once paid $40 to own a $5 toy, but that was five months before it was in stores. The BBTS listing says March 1st, so yeah.]

Angela looks amazing. I can't agree more I mean that's like a wtf moment. People sometimes..I feel sorry for the persons who end up buying both those Sues because that could end up being one of the biggest rip offs of all time. And I know it is unfair and unreasonable. It's like selling a toy car for $5000. EIGHT PEOPLE ARE WATCHING THE LISTINGS TOO. I just find that sad XD
At least we can count on BBTS when it comes to price. I still decide on catching it at retail it's a lot cheaper than having to pay for any shipping in that regard. Though the rates for BBTS aren't bad at all. :D

I paid 35 for the new Spidey 2099 (love the costume, love the figure) but felt substantial guilt for like a week, and then found him at retail 5 days after buying him. I don't know how you could justify 330...or even 90

And eight people are watching it too! Wow. There's just no way you can justify 330 even 90 when you can buy it for $20 that's just ripping off people. If it were all together or three ML's together then I can see higher prices maybe like $90 but per one figure. WHAT. $330 is like the cost of a Hot Toy XD

And as a Walgreens employee, I can tell you that Sue will be in an abundance by the end of the year, the same way Punisher, Namor, Daredevil and Ant-Man are.

With BBTS, they often tack on a small mark up. Like their Angela and Nova are $24.99, because they know demand will be high. Whereas they're selling Star Lord for $19.99, because they know he'll be available in abundance.
The primary reason I order from them is that they're almost always the first domestic source to get stuff shipped out to customers. I dunno if it's simple efficiency or someone gets the goods to them before anyone else, but when I pre-order from them, it's usually two or three weeks before people are finding it on shelves. That may not always be the case, but it is with the toylines I buy. That's worth an extra five bucks, to me. But I'm immensely impatient, so. :D

I would NOT. Spend $70 to $80 bucks a figure im sorry...

One thing i noticed about collecting legends patience is key. I've gotten ALMOST every single legend i wanted from last year, however punisher is still M.I.A. i just havent done a walgreens run in awhile.

My wife ended up just locking in preorders on Angela and Nova through Amazon, so...

I just grabbed Angela Starlord and Drax as well. The rest of the group I'm not too keen on.

Although if no one is building Titus, I will be, so keep me in mind for the parts!

To be fair, that means nothing. I've had 6 people watching one of my auctions I put up back in Oct and no one has even sent me an offer on it even though I have lowered the price several times.

I remember some time ago, I paid 40 bucks for a Spider girl...I got desperate..had to have it "first." Now you can get them for less than 10 bucks...honestly I don't know wtf I was thinking...since then I haven't overly overpaid for a figure that will be released at retail in mass quantities. Just not worth it to have it first. I'd rather wait.

I have currently 9 watchers on a graded comic of mine, and nothing as well..

There are a few reasons people sell items early for that much:

A: People buy these for reviews on their sites. If they have sponsors and they get paid, they don't care if it costs more if they are getting clicks.

B: People get crazy and have to have it on first site.

C: There are a few with limitless funds. They don't care how much it costs.

D: There are few die-hard collectors who want it in case it gets cancelled or changes are made to the figures once released.

Wait. Was that the Walmart off of Sycamore in Vista!?! I saw that fresh case as well. Hello neighbor! :P

Ha ha! Nah, I'm in East County - the fresh case was in Santee, and the other was off Camino Canada and Los Coches in El Cajon.

Yes it is. He had it made sometime last year or so. It uses the Marvel Select Unleashed Hulk. It is one amazing custom with actual leather used for some of the armor.

Totally agree. I think I am going to start waiting a bit on some Legends and only try to preorder the few I really want.
