Not all female-led books are great, unfortunately the Scarlet Witch series has been pretty shaky so far with some good issues but the rest range from bland to disappointing. So it's not bad but as a big SW fan I was hoping for something much more.

The new Moon Knight volume is off to a good start and that's good because the last volume which Warren Ellis started was amazing so it was a tough act to follow.

I don't collect the MCU figures but I want 2 of those agent 13 figures and if the panther looks right in my hand I'll start a little MCU collection. I saw the cap cycle in Tesco and it looks out of proportion to me. I hope the panther doesn't.

Any sign of that Panther/Agent 13 pack yet?

I noticed the Cap with bike is up on Chinabay now - hoping those 2 will follow suit shortly.

Falcon too! (I hope.)

Grippen 05-27-2016 01:57 PM

Cap is out for months and wasn't a TRUs exclusive. I ordered one although many says he is bit big. The Agent 13 won't be available before end of June that is my expectation.

snake5289 05-27-2016 04:15 PM

I saw the Civil War Cap/bike set at TRU earlier in the month which is more than I can say about Ant-Man since I never saw him once (thank you again Amazon) but I'm still perfectly happy with the holsterless Avengers Cap. It's a nice modern update of his comic costume and looks way better than it did in the movie.

Still waiting on the Civil War Falcon and Panther though.

Captain Marvel also doesn't look all that thrilling either. A-Force and even Ultimates seemed really promising, I've been awaiting the trades though.

The Ellis run was great

MUfan97 05-27-2016 07:37 PM

Overall haul from Wal-mart tonight(had some cash I got as graduation gifts. Was at TGI Friday's in celebration anyway, so we went to Wal-Mart afterwards). Place was drowning in 6 inch Legends, but didn't even have a spot for the 3 3/4 inch stuff. Sad.

So I got that Rhino to help fill out my display(villains are outnumbered right now).

I've heard mild things about Captain Marvel's title series but I've heard a lot of great stuff about the Ultimates series, weirdly I haven't heard much about the A-Force series but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

I feel like Ellis' run on Moon Knight was probably the best consecutive six issues of comics I've read in quite a while and if the rumors be true and Netflix goes through with a Moon Knight series then those would be great source material for the overall tone and feel of the show.

Yeah that Cap is a tad too big, hes about the same height as Dark World Thor. His fists are a bit "Beast" like though lol :P

So, ML is getting a wolverine figure, anyone notice that the last wolverine we got in the3.75 was series 3 of MU. That's over 5 years now! We've gotten 3 beasts, 3 daredevils, 10 spider men, 4 caps, 6 iron men, 6 Thors, 2 hulks, even 4 versions of Hank Pam ( not counting minis or Giants).

snake5289 05-28-2016 01:50 PM

Well there were those lameass 5 or so figures when The Wolverine came out. Damn things were basically tiny statues.

kylactus 05-28-2016 01:57 PM

I was just counting the main scale line.MU, MI, ML. I think the next rebrand on this line is going to be mah, that's how lazy it's getting.

So I don't collect a lot of MLs that aren't in our scale, so I've always had a hard time displaying them, so this is my solution.
