But it's Joan Rivers, and she'd probably make the same joke if she were alive and a toy collector. So in her spirit, that's probably actually paying respects to her and her comedic legacy.

I loved that lady.

Somewhere out there in the Multiverse she played Madame Web and randomly popped up throughout the movie to give Spidey some shit.

Not sure if anyone else has seen this yet, but there's a Giant-man as a part of the 2" Miniverse line. Hard to tell with the removable legs, but judging by size of the Miniverse scale, I'd say he looks close to 3.75" scale. Hopefully this head can be re-purposed onto the previous MCU Ant-man body for his Civil War appearance.

Gold ultron, the Thor that was in the three pack, throg, and I think there were a couple others I can't recall right now. But at last tally it think we were at five that exist but weren't ever put out.

Did the standard 2.5 Ant-Man ever come out?

snake5289 06-10-2016 08:25 PM

Hmm...hard to tell. I hope so though.

I've been waiting for them to make a cheap Civil War Ant-Man so I could use the head.

Yes. He's in a 2-pack with Winter Soldier, and also in an 8-pack with an exclusive Spider-man figure.

Well, so far these are the only images of this pack I have found. Got them from Hasbro's site. Thinking he might be from a third wave of figures that have yet to be released.

snake5289 06-10-2016 09:00 PM

Even if it isn't I'll still probably get it. Scott and Black Panther were the best parts of the movie.

Mkay, I never knew about the 8-pack, I did know the 2-pack was announced. I've only seen these 2-packs once and they did not have Ant-Man, which is why I was wondering.

EDIT: Aaaaaaaaand eBay prices are hovering around the $20 range. Fuckin' unacceptable.

snake5289 06-10-2016 10:04 PM

I saw a pack that had quite a few figures in it at Target but no Ant-Man or Spider-Man. This one must be newer I guess.

Seen them in a couple of Disney stores in the UK priced circa £7 UK Sterling which is what, roughly $9 USD?

Kernel 06-11-2016 09:43 AM

I've been looking for that 2.5" ant man but I've never seen it. I would almost rather get one of those civil war heroclix antman figs... It's not articulated but the sculpt and detail looked pretty good from what I've seen.

I'm absolutely convinced that Figurerealms' A-Z figure checklist had a link to Customs at the bottom of each entry's page but isn't there now and you can't do a search unless you are a member. Has my memory gone completely or has this been disabled?

Thanks - found that but maybe I didn't explain it very so I'll try again: There is an A-Z list of characters, each of which has a brief Bio and then a list of figures which have been produced of that character. I am absolutely convinced that at the bottom of the page after the list of figures produced was a link to Customs of that character but it doesn't seem to be there any more.

Same here. They need to not only have the right look but the right level of articulation for me.

That Iron Monger is a really good figure. I dig it.

I am pretty sure that the majority of the last 20+ years of my work are not stored there.

CCC.

I used to love and use figure realm a lot. They changed everything and now it sucks! Very hard to navigate. I read on Facebook ( so I take it with a grain is salt) from several reputable guys that their traffic is halved because of it. When it first happened almost everyone complained but the powers that be were, "nope- this is the new way and will stay this way and we will never go back." I read that about fifty times I think.

Used to go daily but now I have been like two or three times in a year. All the best customisers are on Facebook groups anyway now. Forum boards are a dying breed. Only with strong, committed community do they survive. Like here. When you change or sometimes don't change just to feed the ego of a few at the top, everything withers. Sad really as I used to enjoy going there....

No you're right. That did exist but now after the redesign it's all fucked up. Can't find anything anymore,

I've worked for some large organizations and it sucks when you get a new clown in charge that ruins it... Big egos I guess.

So SDCC is about a month and a half away... I'm thinking the reveal will be that groot/ starlord 2 pack and I've been hearing rumors of a maestro hulk... Anyone else have any guesses? I'd love if they took every figure released on that awful morbius Buck and use the Jim lee cyclops buck.
Also... Would love to finally see they mother fekn skurge!

snake5289 06-12-2016 09:15 PM

I'd love a more modern Morbius using the Cyclops/Daredevil body but I don't see it happening. The fact that they made him once is already shocking.

TheLongestDay 06-13-2016 03:42 AM

I thought the SDCC set was The Collector etc?
