Just looking for Flash,WW,Manhunter and I'll be finished collecting those.....

Do Boy 09-05-2011 08:19 PM

Very nice. I just don't think I could pay $45 for that set.

No I feel ya man. I personally couldn't do it. Who knows maybe if I didn't have the company car or gas card, I may order them online too. But it's just something about finding it that just makes it sooo much more gratifying to have.

NoodleChow 09-05-2011 09:11 PM

yeah unless the gas is paid for, hitting the stores 3 times a week for a month or two and still coming up empty sucks. i must have spent cases worth of figures in gas this year. so buying a couple figures that i need from ebay when the market gets saturated with em is prolly the most surefire way to get anything.

It does suck coming up empty. But my gas wasn't always paid for. I recently got the promotion this march. Even before that. I was on the hunt rigorously. Granted maybe not as much as I do now. But I still hit up the stores quite often back then too. I guess it all comes down to how your financial situation is. But once again I just can't stress enough how much I love finding a "rare" figure or the newest wave just hanging there on the pegs.

Hahaha I am pretty much all out of room for MU. I got to do some re-arranging and give my pocket a break. Well, I'm not really giving my pocket a break because I'm buying other toys. But around here it is hard to stay into MU because we hardly EVER get anything. When we do, I clear them out, get that high, then nothing lol.

Man, that's amazing! I need to get some Sentinels. Asap.

I was gonna say, doesn't Lego sell some playmats our something that look like city streets?

Boba Fettuccini 09-05-2011 11:26 PM

I want that van. I want the A-Team 3 3/4" figures too. But I didn't know they existed until they started getting clearanced and there was nothing but Lynch left. Now Face sometimes goes for like $90.

Veronica Mars 09-05-2011 11:40 PM

So I found this in Wal-Mart tonight and my first thought was "Wow it looks like he really needs to go"

Great pic, im upset I passed on that A-team van when I had it in hand once at TRU for 12 bucks. Dude, you need to get rid of that Doc Ock and get the showdown version.

That's the first version of Venom ("Toxic Blast" Venom I think) from the Spidey line, not the SS version.

I think that Doc is a custom. His human legs and arms look to be muscular and have some articulation.

quinten182 09-06-2011 06:33 AM

I love the Hydra guy coming out of the van in action pose. He's all like, GET IN THE VAN SPIDER MAN!

ludovicotek 09-06-2011 06:52 AM

Thanks guys for the comments.

Nope, that's the Doc from the Spidey line, straight up. Nothing done to him.

behindthemask 09-06-2011 07:12 AM

I agree with yas, wish I had owned that van 2, seen it on BBTS when the movie was coming out, but never seen any of the figures at retail, the van was like $40-50 retail, now it's like 100+ on ebay, would of been perfect for with blade or venom to have or for armybuilding/dio's.

No kidding? Maybe I have the other Doc Ock from the Spidey line. He's like a twig.
