Shatterblast Iron Man & Single pack Chitauri

Walked into Wal Mart and saw these two!!! Didn't see Fury though, but I picked up the other two. By the way, the chitauri has NO knee articulation or elbow articulation. Iron man has no wrist articulation either. Was hoping the one per case reviews we're prototypes or such. Oh well.

Nice! Glad to know its finally showing up in retail.

Boba Fettuccini 08-18-2012 03:58 PM

Do they have knees, though?

itMFtis 08-18-2012 04:23 PM

Does IM have torso articulation? If so, then all is forgiven with the wrists.

decepticon_mark 08-18-2012 04:24 PM

or elbows? Would be really crappy if they didn't and couldn't even "hold" their weapon like the picture on the packaging. Talk about false advertising:mad2

mikefavata 08-18-2012 04:29 PM

Is Shatterblast the "Super articulated" Iron Man?

redfox 08-18-2012 04:35 PM

Glad the Chitauri come with the weapon behind them in the packaging. Not feeling the cosmic missile-launching axe.

Jason Abbadon 08-18-2012 04:56 PM

The Chitauri holding his axe on the card looks like he's in GWAR.

Scythe 08-18-2012 05:29 PM

I f*cking love GWAR.

No knees on the Chitauri, Single joint on the iron man and no articulation on the torso

Iceman 08-18-2012 06:22 PM

We haven't gotten a good version of the Mark VII armor yet. I'm just sticking with my Quinjet special because he looks good in a hall of armor base.

you can see from the pic that the chitauri has forward and backward articulation in the ankle.

TheDub 08-18-2012 06:42 PM

LOL, love the new sig Scythe. And I would certainly get the new chitauri. Swap it for the chariot version, though I would have to get both of them before i can do that....

Yeah, exact same figure. One has a better paint job but it is still the same crappy fig. I really wanted super articulated Chitauri.

SquirtleSquad7 08-18-2012 08:48 PM

Someone post pictures of them out of the box..?

trekking95 08-18-2012 08:51 PM

Just a head, shoulder, hip and ankle joint?! What are action figures coming to!?
Does anyone think that that could be upgraded with joints from other figures?

And they call that super articulated Iron Man? Only that one Spidey figure can use that name and mean it!

fosterlager 08-18-2012 09:24 PM

Could we get a comparison photo of the Shatterblast and the Fusion Armor Mk VIIs?
