The Arrow figures are looking sweet! Wish they were in a smaller scale though.

Oh, and that's not Roy/Speedy/Arsenal/Red Arrow. That's one of Talia's assassins or Barrowman's Dark Arrow.

Ok, cool. Thanks my friend Updating now.

Blanka 07-23-2014 04:16 PM

Yeah, Dark Archer/Merlyn. Makes me definitely long for them to do movie figures of Batman and Superman.

All beautiful. All will be had.

Also, not allowed to be shown: New 52 Joker, Roller Derby Harley, John Stewart, and Jae Lee Superman/Batman/Wonder Woman/Catwoman figures.

Ravenxl7 07-23-2014 04:21 PM

Since they showed of a lot pre-SDCC, I wasn't really expecting any reveals. Nice to see they saved something for SDCC itself.

The animated line is looking great. It's becoming harder and harder not to want it all. I was planning on waiting for Nightwing, but I might get Dick as Robin anyways.

It's nice to see that the first Batman's cape won't be as big as an issue as initially thought. Makes me wonder if he actually has two capes like Robin does. It's also nice to see what appears to be a TAS styled Batman in the works.

The display of Arrow and Flash figures is cool. Kinda makes me want to make a similar display for the figures I'll be getting. It's nice to see that the Ollie figure will have his tats. Might be worth getting.

The new 52 Poison Ivy looks great. She looks like she'll be worth getting. That's also a nice and cheap display idea there that I might have to use.

Now if only DCC could do movie figures... Maybe since Mattel seems to be giving up on making collector-oriented 6" figures... maybe.

Blanka 07-23-2014 04:27 PM

Also not shown, TNBA Roxy Rocket!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

VashTS 07-23-2014 04:41 PM

TAS ROBIN and Catwomen are superb

wtk1013 07-23-2014 04:53 PM

Love Everything! Especially New 52 Poison Ivy figure and that beautiful Vixen Statue.
Hopefully the statue means she will be used a lot more in the comics!

Black Arbor 07-23-2014 05:21 PM

Yawn, wake me when we get the Ventriloquist and Scarface. :D JK, it's a pretty good showing actually, but 1) I HIGHLY doubt ANYONE would vote for that godawful Poison Ivy design. The figure looks good, don't get me wrong, but the design is idiotic. Also, What's with DCC not being able to properly scale their Batman heads? the last couple Arkham figures (unmasked Batman, Detective mode Batman, Mad Hatter Batman, Super poseable Batman) have had tiny lil' pinheads, and it looks like his AK figure's gonna follow suit.

IndyMOS 07-23-2014 05:39 PM

The Arkham Knight and Arrow figures look great. I wonder how they're going to release those set pieces being displayed with the Arrow figures? Maybe each figure will come with an accessory?

Ravenxl7 07-23-2014 05:40 PM

I'm pretty sure those are just for the SDCC display. The only figure coming with anything like that is the Olliver figure that has the Deathstroke mask totem.

I feel bad. I actuall had to look up who that is. Interesting choice of figure. Assuming she's a part of the fifth wave, I wonder who her three wave mates could be. The pattern of releases they're using means they'll be TAS designs. A figure of Gordon would be cool.

Hopefully wave six will have a Nightwing figure in it. There aren't too mant TNBA designs I want in figure form, but he will be a must-have when they get around to him.

Shadowknight1 07-23-2014 06:19 PM

Ha, love the New 52 Ivy. Glad that there's going to be an actual Animated Batman other than the New Adventures one. Both are good, just prefer the one from the first few seasons. Can't really tell which animated Batgirl that is though, not until she's painted at least.

Also, Arkham Knight Batman's shoulders look much better here than they did in the preview pic.

Same here. I'm glad they're doing the TNBA figures, as it means we'll get figures of characters who weren't in TAS (like Tim Drake Robin and Nightwing), but if I can wait for a TAS version of a character, I will. Batman and Mr. Freeze are two I'm definitely willing to wait for, but I'm not sure about Two-Face or Killer Croc.

I think it's her TNBA design. The sculpt definitely looks like it to me. Though having a colored sample would help determine for certain which one it was.

IndyMOS 07-23-2014 08:58 PM

Yeah now that I think about it, they're probably just there for the display at SDCC. Would've been nice. The Arkham Knight Batman looks a little better there. The head looks a bit small though.

Tiberius 07-23-2014 09:22 PM

Damn, DCC isn't fucking around! Great stuff!!

Startaiger 07-23-2014 09:40 PM

TAS & TNBA figures are awesome, can't wait for them!! Series 3 Harley Quinn looks perfect so far.
I can't read the date for series 4, is it april or may 2015?

Autobot_Goldbug 07-23-2014 10:09 PM

Who is the Toyark reporter at SDCC?
Can we get him to ask about the 3.75 inch Green Lantern line that has disappeared? I was really looking forward to the other characters like Bleez etc.

Dr Kain 07-23-2014 10:25 PM

Where is Merlyn?

Ravenxl7 07-24-2014 12:04 AM

Got a better look at the images, and it looks like Harley might not have such a bad facesculpt after-all. That said, I think I'll go with Mattel's line of Arkham figures.

I thought Batgirl was the TNBA design, but it looks like the card says she's the TAS design. Either way she's a figure I'll probably be getting. Along with Catwoman, Two-Face, Joker, both Robins, Harley, Killer Croc, and the second Batman. Only two figures not announced so-far that I really want to see, are Nightwing, a TAS Bane, and a TAS version of Mr. Freeze.

He's the black hooded figure in the middle of the Arrow display.

Guy in all black in the middle of the Arrow display.

Everything looks fantastic. Only thing I hate is that I have to wait.

He does have a regular head right? He is meaningless to me if he doesn't.

Except the Mattel ones are 4inches, not 6.

We don't know yet, but if any of these figures have an alternate head, it'll likely be him. I kinda hope the Deathstroke figure comes with a Slade head. Though I have a bad feeling they'll release an unmasked Slade figure later on. Kinda like the one in that Arkham 3-pack.

I know that. I would like to start a collection of 4" scaled DC figures, and these Multiverse figures look like they'll be a perfect way to expand it. If I were to get the DCC Arkham figures, they would likely end-up as their own display in my collection anyways. Much like the Animated figures will be. I think the Multiverse figures would better blend in with other DC figures in their scale.

Blanka (52 joker?)

What new 52 joker? Is it a 7 inch figure? Didn't DCC make the new 52 version not too long ago? Or is this one part of the Capullo line? Thanks :)

Is it a figure? Is it part of the Capullo line? DCC already made the 52 joker?
