Wow!!! I love it, yet hate it at the same time...

ha ha! :D That's radical! A big PASS for me- but it's a cool idea.

This was awful as a kid and it's kinda awful as SDCC exclusive. This is cool for someone but I gotta save up to pay scalpers for the next wave of cartoon turtles.

These are cool, but not for me. I feel relieved I won't have to endure the anxiety of previous NECA exclusives on this round. More money for other con exclusives!

Despite the lackluster source material, the set looks surprisingly fun. The idea works a lot better in action figure form than it does as a live action show, mainly because they can scale things like the heads a lot better. It's weird, and not for everyone.

This is the perfect idea for a Con-Exclusive! I don't want it but it does look good and accurate to the source, and I know there's tons of shellheads out there that'll want this!

Holy shit what?! Oh man, I am dying, I'm laughing so hard at this! I love it! I probably won't buy it, but I love that, of all the things, this is what they chose to do. This is what SDCC exclusives should be all about - ridiculously niche things that don't have mass appeal, but bring absolute delight to the right handful of folks.

This set is definitely for me. I listened to the tape from this show so much as a kid I ended up breaking it. I hope I can get one.

Yeah this is exactly what a Con Exclusive should be, something you absolutely don't need lol. I'm intrigued, mostly by the new molding and how well done it looks. I don't want it, but I may grab it if the opportunity arises. They even got the creepy deep eye socket look correct!

Well this is a huge relief. For the first time I can easily pass on a NECA TMNT SDCC set and not stress about getting it before it sells out.

I have to buy this lol. I told my wife about this rumored set a couple days ago.

When I was a kid I watched the Coming Out Of Their Shell VHS all the time. This will make a ridiculously fun shelf.

Getting a real 5 Night at Freddy's vibe off this set. The next time I see them it will be in my nightmares!

Ok that's actually kinda funny I may have to get that. Now I hope, that somewhere down the road, we'll get the SNES TMNT tournament fighter turtles.

Where did you see a rumor about this?

Randy from NECA had dropped subtle hints in an interview a couple weeks back with Matt Cardona (knwon better as Zach Ryder formerly of WWE), and people had been speculating for about a month that this may end up being an SDCC set.

I'm too financially responsible to do this, but since I own ZERO TMNT figures or merch I think it'd be kinda funny if the only TMNT stuff I had on my shelves was this set.

I want this set mostly for the accessories. I’m totally expecting the flash sale for the bundle to sell out it under a minute so fingers crossed that I can get my hands on one.

As out of left field as this set may be O fear the novelty of it will make it that much more sought out. The fear of missing out for this set will likely drive the aftermarket for this set through the roof.

I still have hope that someday we'll get the Tournament fighter turtles SNES version.

Looks like you were spot on. Never did i expect we would get these. Here's hoping they do the Samurai ones from the 3rd movie. If they can do these surely they can do the Samurai Turtles.

Hoping we get that April O'Niell announcement over the SDCC weekend. NECA is meant to be doing something and showing off new products.
