Absolutely. They should have included a separate sword also. He didn't integrate All Black to form a sword arm until later. And the fact he ain't pinless makes it even worse of a "deal"

You didn't know and if it's not comic accurate then the figure doesn't need another sword. Most artwork has it drawn as an extension of his arm, in which case it wouldn't be held upright. I'm sure someone smarter than you (heh) has proof otherwise.
