Hasbro is offering a first-timer discount on the front page. COMIC2009 might work also.

Wow they sold out quick! I just found out that HTS ships to Canada. Congrats to them for finally getting some exclusives and not paying E-bay prices.

Yeah, HTS started shipping to Canada last month, I believe.

I just hope they have enough of Soundwave to last until I place my order Friday. The last couple of weeks have been a bit lean for me. We had to replace a dryer last week in addition to all our regular bills.

I got 2 invaders box sets and 1 of the destro sets! MUWAHAHAHAHAHA.

That was pretty much my reaction too when I snagged an Invaders set. :D

I picked up two Invaders set. One for me and one for my brother.

I'm wondering if the Invader's pack is even worth it? Do I need another cap and Human Torch (yeah I know invaders pack HT is the original, but still)? Red Skull is unimpressive and I think I'd rather have modern Namor.

I was really looking forward to picking this pack up until I went to comic con and saw it in person. The line a HTS at the con really turned me off also. Now that I can just pick it up online at retail price, the magic of this "exclusive" has completely worn off for me. Just my thoughts. I hope those of you who are getting it have a genuine affinity for these versions of those characters.

Soundwave is sold out. Didn't take long.

The Namor is what I really wanted. The rest were just so-so for me, so I only ordered one. I also loved the packaging. I plan on keeping it MISB. There seems to be plenty to go around though, as preorders that are listed now suggest. I'm just glad HTS finally started shipping to Canada, so us Canucks no longer have to resort to Evil Bay.

Where are some of the MU figures?

I personally prefer that version of Namor over the modern one and I really wanted the Classic Cap. Wanted a Red Skull, but just cause we need more villains, regardless of height. Torch I don't really care about.

Damn. I figured as much. Should have tried to place an order when the status went from "In Stock" to "Preorder" earlier this morning.

Well, hopefully they get more in, or decide to do another run of him. I really don't want to go to ebay for something I basically already have. The only part I really wanted was that Ratbat, since my G1 version is missing his ears.

HTS still has the SDCC Invaders set available (as a preorder), but the B&W Captain America is sold out. Just do a search for "Marvel Universe" and they'll be listed. It will also pull up a bunch of the regular releases for MU as well.

Btw, the Invaders set is listed as a "70th Anniversary" set.

Yeah. I saw he was available this morning but then got busy at work. When I got home I was going to order him but he was sold-out by that time. So, don't feel too bad. You ain't alone. And at least you already have a Soundwave by the sound of it so you're better off than me.

You can get Classic Cap and Klaw with the Secret Wars #1 2 pack. I would imagine A better Red Skull would be made eventually, possibly the Lukin/Red Skull? I do understand wanting classic versions of characters though. This time I think I can do without the classics. Oh well.

Same here. While I got the Invaders set, it would have been nice to have something a little more inspiring.

I actually have two. :o

One is my G1 version, who is still in pretty good condition considering he survived my childhood. The other is the TRU exclusive from a couple of years ago.

The biggest draw for me regarding the SDCC set was the reissue ofthat Ratbat, and to a lesser extent, Buzzsaw. I have some affection for Buzzsaw, since he came with Soundwave and I didn't get Laserbeak until later in life.

I got 3 Destro sets & one Invaders set.
I didn't want Soundwave already have all the originals. :D

B+W Cap was up again for an hour or so. Sold out now.

I'd love to get soundwave but can't swing the dough now.

Soundwave is back up on HTS one more again!

Just saw that myself. Got an email from Hasbro saying "new" SDCC products available. Still don't have the money available, but maybe I can get in a pre-order.
