For that kind of money you can get the marvel sub and or have someone paint the retail one for you. Is 160 the ebay price? I thought it was going for like 80. We all would like one but even if 160 just fell in to my lap I would not buy it on principal alone.

If you are really that serious about getting him, and can justify spending that sort of money, go ahead! What are you going to do with it once you've got it? I tend to just pose them and leave them on the Shelf, may have a re-jig every so often and a posing session but that's about all I do, therefore I'm not willing to spend more than say £20 on one figure.

I take that back, just buy it. You'll enjoy it once you've got it and that hole in your wallet will be filled once again!

i would only spend that kinda of money on marvel legends giantman because its so rare and comes in 10 parts , so dont spend it on just 1 figure yh you will play with it stick on your shelf you maybe be proud you have it but you could of bought more figures with that money or something better

Sad thing is, I know someone that if he were a collector for this line, he'd buy between 3-6 of them for that price. Not at liberty to name names, though. But the depths of his pockets sicken me, sometimes.

I'm really not sure what all the hype is over this guy. I had him and he was cool but not that cool. I ended up selling him with the rest of my collection of ML.

Kinda seems like a troll thread/post but ill bite. The only question to each individual buyer/collector is, are you willing to pay that much and feel ok about it? If you have the means and can afford it then go ahead. As a smart consumer, I would hope that you would do your research to see if you can buy it cheaper elsewhere before dumping that much money.
Personally, I dont know what all the hype is on this and its not worth no more than 10-20bucks in my book.

Completely objectively, if you have the money, and your bills won't take a hit, or you're not taking food out of your kids mouths (if you have any) then I say go for it. Why not? Only live once. Do whatever makes you happy as long as it doesn't harm anyone else. (I say this bc I paid $200.) lol!
