You really think so? That beret on the helmet seems the only Cammy-like element of the Ranger gear to me. I mean, it literally looks like a couple of bootleg Dragon Ranger bits thrown on top of two hastily modified Cammy costumes. I honestly can't see how this got through stage one ideation.

They are in a waxy-paper bag and held into place by folded cardboard. It all comes cleanly out of the vhs packaging. The packaging is easy to preserve to display even after the figure is removed. No need to buy two for the one opened and one-in-the-box mentality.
