Actually that's a new faceplate, the original didn't have those lines carved into it

Those new detail lines are painted, not sculpted. It's still the same faceplate just photoshopped a whole lot in that pic. The COULD re-sculpt the faceplate before release but I highly doubt they will.

So they'll make a $100 helmet... but not a $22 figure... this design is going to waste.

If Infamous Iron Man got an ML figure, this damn well sure better get one too.

The figure is almost certainly getting made. It's too easy a repaint not to do.

Exactly. Which is why I'm so surprised this helmet is getting released first.

But I'm sure he'll be shown at SDCC next month.
