Help required with these bits please!

1. GI JOE mold in origins. It's Tunnel Rat's pack, but his had holes on the flat end for flash lights. And it wasn't that bright of a green. Not sure if it's a bootleg or Hasbro reused it somewhere else.

Thanks. Yeah, the Tunnel Rat pack has me stumped. Maybe it's from a Euro exclusive of something?

I figured it out. It's Hasbro Stargate Dr. Daniel Jackson.
I kinda forgot that line reused GI JOE backpacks on a couple of figures.
