Yeah, I'm pretty sure they must have two kinds of varnishes available because like I said, I have two different SHIELD Agents. With most figures, it seems that they are either coated with matte varnish (TRU 3 Pack Iceman), glossy varnish (Ragnarok android's arms) or no varnish (bare plastic like on the unpainted surface of Jim Lee Scott Summers' hands and feet)

Had never seen the "variants" before. Just knew they existed. I also believe this to be a mistake rather than variant, hence me never going out of my way to pick them up! :P
