I saw the $80 Republic Attack Shuttle today at Target. Holy crap. It looked delicious. I wanted to lick the box. I stared at the box. The toy can not only fold its wings, it opens up into a base! Has pegs to mount blasters and rifles. Flip up missle launcher stations. 2 man cockpit. The cockpit turns into a separate recon fighter. Some dude can man the gunner station aft of the canopy. Includes clone pilot.

I think I'm going to buy this thing.

Haven't see it in stores yet. I do believe this is going to be a Christmas gift for my son though.

I was lukewarm to this one earlier, but birthday money came in, and I have all the other big vehicles, so I'm considering it. Overall reviews are mixed though. Anyone here have one?

I got one today. It's on par with the 2008 CW AT-TE. The shuttle mode is nice, looks good next to some of the other vehicles. If you have enough clones, the base mode rocks. I do play with my action figures every now and then, and the playset feature is really nice when you load it up with a bunch of figures. I don't like putting batteries in my stuff, so I can't comment on the lights and sounds. Overll, though, I like it. Not as good as last year's AT-AT, but a worthy addition to the collection nonetheless.

How heavy is it? Is it light enough to swoosh around the house?

Four pounds on the dot on my scale. Less than all the other big vehicles.

Wow. Pretty beast. I have the AT TE, and Turbo Tank. Definitely like what I see with the Shuttle.

Snatched this up, as i was inspecting the box a little asian kid starting pawing at it and looking it over. Told him it was pretty cool and slung it over my shoulder. It was the last one. 15 yrs from now he'll be on a forum retelling the experience.

Havent gotten it out of the box yet, but packaging is pretty damn sweet.

I've got one of these as well, the vehicle is pretty neat for sure and it goes very nicely next to an Imperial Shuttle, if you're looking for some pictures I have some up for when I got it on my blog.

I still need to get to covering the base mode of this thing and I need to get it fully crewed and batteries put in it.

Star Wars Collection Addition: Clone Wars Republic Attack Shuttle « Tyjos's Space

Yeah it is a fairly heavy vehicle for sure.

Not a bad price, 29.99. If you want it/need it, this is a great deal.
