The batwinged creature is a bad guy from Gamera called Gyaos

Gamera and Gyaos are from the First movie (Gamera: Guardian of the universe) of the gamera trilogy during the revival in the 90s (but were around long before that, just these designs specificly allude to that movie). Baragon is a random Kaiju (japanese monster) from Godzilla and Gamera stuff. Japan tends to reuse monster suits when they can, to save on cost.

I just re-watched Toy Story 1 + 2 on Blu-Ray a few days ago. And I don't recall Buzz being that short compared to Woody?? regardless they are pretty cool looking so I might consider them. Can't wait to see better pics of predator..
