FINALLY, a midnight stop on the job to a out of the way Walmart pays off. I'm now done with this line unless they come out with someone besides all the gimmick Spidermans. Hate to say it, Rhino is definitely a pretty cool figure. Good bulky with alot of detail.

I just bought Rhino and i love him.he looks weird without the armor so ill keep it on there.also like an idiot i bought the stupid stealth ninja spider man that has no elbow or knee articulation. When i opened the box i swear my reaction was like the reaction of the people on the gamefly commercial .

ok maybe not that bad

I was really surprised at Rhino since most of the line is so awful. He has almost as much articulation as the MU Hulks and is pretty bulky. I too was really surprised how much I really do like him. But I still think this line is doomed if they don't come up with some other villains or allies. After all the Wolverine line, the MU's, and even the Iron Man's are suffering on the pegs with multiples of certain characters. Wouldn't hurt Hasbro to maybe do Sandman, the Lizard, Black Cat, or even a Jonah Jameson{they did in an earlier Spiderman line}.

I don't know, I personally like the way this Rhino figure looks without the armor. To me, without the armor, he looks a lot more like how I've seen him in Amazing Spidey over the years.

Undoubtably, if you only get one figure from this line, let it be this one!

I agree, I"ve put the snap on armor away in a box with other non used accessories for possible later customs

Nice, thanks for the pics.

If I may ask, what do you use for your white background?

I must say RHINO is the BEST figure of the entire series. Picked up a few of them. He looks awesome out of package. Thick and heavy like Red Hulk, Grey Hulk from Marvel Universe Series. This guy is EXTREMELY hard to find. 1 per case and not every case had one. The only others worth picking up are

Doc Ock Translucent

Venom Tongue Variant

Ninja Spiderman

The Doc Ock didn't look too great. Is it really worth picking up?

There are 2 versions already out. Both are same mold with two differences. One is a slightly different paint job, the other is the Tentacles are different.
The first one has 4 Tentacles all with claws like the movie. The second has 8, two are on the ground acting as a stand of sorts (more like legs) so the figure wont fall over, 3 are open claws, one is a buzz saw (that actually spins), one is a blaster type weapon that sort of looks like a flowbe and one more that looks like a power adapter. The pack is removable and looks like it could be it's own character. The second set of tentacles would be cooler if it weren't cast translucent orange.

Oh, and neither one of them is bowling me over. I'd go to eBay and pick up a SHS Doc Oc instead.

I was thinking this same thing, but with a twist. I was thinking of dying the orange pack into a darker color and then painting it so that its no longer translucent. Then adding this to the SHS(MLS) Doc Oct. And seeing if a more cartoon accurate character could be made.
