Take a tiny heatgun/hair dryer to it for 1-5 mins it will heat up the plastic enough to make it malleable enough to wiggle free, other methods include, boiling it in a small amount of water, or submerging it in hot/boiling water, heating the tip of a pin up and poking the area.

Almost every figure that has been in the package or never moved always has this problem. I've never had a problem with breaking a joint or any of the figures. I usually just push or pull gently until the joint moves.

I just force the shit out of them until I hear a crack, then they're usually good, but behindthemask's tip is probably safer.

I know, wrong forum section, but anyone have DCUC Wave 16 Robin?? Holy shit-balls, Batman,.. those are some stuck ankles. I didn't know any better I'd have thought they dunked that figure in super glue from the calf down those ankles are so locked up.

Hair-dryer or hot water are the most common methods I've heard, beyond Optimus Vader's approach (which I tend to do more often than not). I've also broke out the Xacto knife or boxcutter on occasion.

It's all the same subject - stuck joints - so no worries. Besides, it's a better fit in this forum as a non-Brand-specific thread, anyway.

Hot water is best in my experience. I have had great success with that.

Yeah, some warm/hot water seems to be the easiest solution if the joint's legitimately stuck (as opposed to new toy stuck syndrome).
