THIS one came out of left field. All the other Lion's (Guarlion? Hello? Give us Leona fans something, Kotobukiya!) they could have done and Kotobukiya picks ... the Fairlion? The ballerina robot? with adorable little robo-curls in its hair?

I mean, sure, that's kind of awesome in a "what, seriously?" kind of way, but wow, Kotobukyia is sure going for the more exotic releases.

Oh, and Kotobukiya has to do Princess Shine's Fairlion G if they're going to make the S.

Revel in the adorable destruction.

I just finished building the Altalion kit, mostly because I wanted a Lion but Koto doesn't make a Guarlion (GRARGH!) yet, and it's a cool cool piece, i'm sure the Fairlion wont be any different (and I LOVE that assault blade). I'm amazed that they went with the Fairlion as their next project, but I definitely welcome variety. I may well have to get this one.

Apparently the designer's nickname for the Fairlion when they were working on OG2 was "Gothlolion". Hi-larious!

That is what I call an insane attack. I've seen another version before, it's just fun.

(One of the reasons I love super robots so much).

Interesting looking toy, too. Though I agree, now they've got to do the other version for that double attack.
