I've totally avoided the Reaction line somehow, but some sports figures would be cool. I wish there were some other good options out there besides McFarlane.

First of all these are anything but screen accurate, and also: No they aren't. There's a ton of those out there.

These are fun looking figures, I don't get why they need to act like they are pioneers in the Transformers franchise by casting vaguely G1 looking sculpts in plastic.

Vaguely? These are pretty spot on to the Sunbow Animation models. We can quibble on if Super 7 was first or not.
