Me neither until a couple of weeks ago. A few posts up I added a more detailed review. A great addition to any horror collection.

Me too. Never thought to look for a figure of Sadako before, and it was blind luck googling Figuarts stuff after joining this site.

The images disappeared because for some reason my iPad hates me and uploaded all of them sideways. Edit them all to turn 360 degrees and save them, and suddenly they’re alright. Probably the ghost of Sadako interfering with technology again!

These are the opportunities you just can't pass on. I saw it the minute it went live on eBay. But you have to look every few minutes if not...it'll be too late.

Question:: ive noticed on SHF boxes, there is also the Bandai seal? why is that? thats like if Hasbro put their seal on a Mattel toy? kinda confusing.

Bandai/Tamashii is the "main" Toy Brand and under Bandai you have Toy Lines like SHFiguarts, Figuarts Zero, SHMonster Arts, MetalRobot, UltraAct, GundamFix...to name a few.

They're good. The only downfall (IMO) is that you have to build them from scratch. I've built a couple and it was not fun. I have 2 that I could never build because they were the original ones that came with Japanese instructions only...sample pics.

How good the figures are...that depends on how good you build them...bottom line.

Some cool pics that I've found on the net from other collectors and toyark's staff (some are other scales but still cool). And the Comicave promise that never happened.

What's up guys. This is actually not my figure but my good friends figure who was kind enough to let me borrow it and play around with it and snap some pics! Haha I have been too busy playing with it tonight to take a bunch of pics but I did want you all to see the likeness to Will Smith on this bad boy. (Haha pun intended) Seriously tho it should be called the Will Smith cosplaying as Dead Shot figure cause damn it's that on point. I am pretty sure the king of Figuarts on here requested some pics? Not sure if that call got answered on here so if it didn't yet enjoy and if you guys want some more of him or anything specific let me know. Thanks to all the duders here in the SHF kingdom!

P.S. my Figuarts mark 5 finally came in and is pretty dope looking forward to the 47 next finally getting the tony stark and then the 4!

Thanks again!!

Is there a difference between this and the BAF that comes with the retail Dragonball figs? I always see them at Walgreens and am tempted.

They're not even in the same category as each other. Compared to the Figuarts, the Build a Figure looks like a cheap Happy Meal toy. Not to mention it is only half the size.

With that said, I opened him and he is A LOT bigger than I thought he would be. The sculpting is fantastic, but it took me nearly 40 minutes to get him positioned in a way to rest pieces of his body on the stand. It's even worse than Ryuki's dragon monster. However, the end result was well worth it as he looks pretty badass.

I do wish the dragon balls could separate and that they had stars on them though. For $50, he was well worth the price. It's just too bad that I don't even want to touch him now for fear that I may have to reconfigure his position.

Great pics...and yes, like Kain said, both figs are night and day.

Today's arrival...I was lucky to find this @ $199.99 w/free shipping! Box is not in the best condition just as described but it is brand new and sealed!

I picked up Yamcha last week.
After opening him I realize he's not very exciting...mostly because we've seen this body type over and over and over.
But it's nice to finally add him to the collection.

It's the 2.0 body style (lower extremities) but I see what you mean there...
