He looks really really good and I've been wanting one of these. The comments about lack of flight stand make me worry that in a year they'll come out with a 'special color version' that has a flight stand like they did with Ghidorah. I have that release and the flight stand make that figure incredible.

That's my one big rub with this line is the special color versions they pump out afterwards that have extra accessories. Unless you really, really hate the new deco, it kind of makes sense to wait. I got into the line later and I suppose I got lucky I hadn't already bought Mothra and Battra as I picked both of those sets up last year; I believe they both had added beam effect parts. Here's hoping for a special color Biollante!

I have a feeling you're right about there eventually being a special color edition. It's easy to see what upgrades they can include. Missiles from fingers, attachable beam, flight stand.

Awesome photos, I love the one you chose for the header, it looks epic.

@Topic: I don’t think there will be a Special Color-variant anytime soon but they might do a 75-version and include lots of accessories with it so people double-dip on the mold.

I was going to say, there won't be a SCV because they'll do the 75 version and have him come with better stuff. I want this figure, but not for $90.

In the neighborhood of around $80+ with some slight difference depending on where you order, and shipping then will also vary.

Mechagodzilla has a huge size advantage there, but Grimlock is incredibly stubborn. I guess I would say MechaG because of his size, unless Grimlock could penetrate his armor and destroy him from within.
