Ooooh! I dig this. It looks legit though Hasbro usually has more elaborate packaging for their exclusives. This could be a test-shoot type of deal.

Then being on your feet all day from before 7 am to after 7 pm, every little thing in that back pack starts adding up. So it's really hard to get mad at anyone for not grabbing extras. And it's not like your are parked outside and can make pit stops. You have to take the shuttle or trolley back to your hotel if you find time to run back to the hotel. But anyways that ends my rant.
Btw, Frank is spot on. This is why I've been so vocal about my hatred of the Hasbro booth/system. Even when you get tickets it's a freaking debacle. They kick you out, they tell you to come back, then the next set of ticket holders come in, you get mixed up, you lose your place, everyone gets grumpy...no fun.

Then that ^ happens, lol. The booth is in the middle of the convention hall (which is some five football fields long). You have to go upstairs into the sails pavilion for tickets which is on the right end of the building, then head back down...ugh, I'm already breaking out in stress hives.

Jesus. With all the bullshit attached to getting comic con exclusives. I'd rather just take my normal approach to this problem: Throw money at it, and it will go away (become mine)

i can't even go myself. Too many damn kids and crowds trigger things in my brain that are not conducive to staying out of jail

But really. I don't do large crowds and bullshit. I'd rather spend ten times how much it costs than expose myself to that kind of hell.

This is why I don't ever mess around with making customs, right when I'm close to finishing Zemo... They drop this.

I hope you're right and I like the evidence you've provided but they never gave us an Invaders Human Torch or Red Skull at retail. I see at least two more Red Skulls in our future and I got my Torch on ebay. I'm not trying to be a downer; I just want to point out some unfortunate truths.

I can see that. Also, it just seems like this would be a big seller at retail. More so than some of the 3 packs we've seen so far.

It says SDCC on it, that's enough for me but the box does look a bit different than the regular 3 packs we get. Maybe they'll be a sleeve for it or something.

And that's why I don't buy customs either because of this...

There's no way such an important character as Zemo will only see convention release, right?

Every year so far they have done variations on existing figures (not including Red Skull, and maybe Human Torch depending on how you look at it) but to release three brand new characters like this is a bit cruel.

How are people outside of the States supposed to be able to get exclusives from these conventions? We can't even use HTS after the fact.

I'm not complaining (well, maybe a little...), I'm genuinely asking.

On a completely different (non-whiney) note: why is Zemo referred to as 'Marvel's Baron Zemo'? Are there many other Baron Zemo's out there?

I feel your pain! And other folks from different countries have to get these off of Evilbay I'm assuming?

Well, from my experience.. SDCC exclusives get released here in the Philippines thru toy distributions. It happened with 2010 and 2011 SDCC exclusives and will probably happen again this year.

I heard it hit HTS. It's a sought after pack but not everybody's cup of tea. Hell, I bought Torch online and bought all the other "Invaders pieces" at retail.

Don't worry about whining. We all do it at some point and this 3 pack is awesome!

Three villains and three new characters in a pack to themselves? We hardly ever get villains! I'd buy any of these three in single packs.

And Tigershark?! I love Tigershark! Now, where's Whirlwind?

Well I got lucky last year on HTS, hopefully I can do the same this year. They need to at least let us know when they r putting them up though so I don;t stay up for 3 days straight.

The coincidence with this is that it'll be up on HTS on basically my birthday (July 18th). I told my father about it and he said he'd get it for me as a gift if i could snag it online.

Wow... who are those weirdos? LOL. This is how it should be... characters I don't know and don't want showing up as SDCC exclusives that I will probably never have a chance to get. Unlike G.I. Joe... in which they make all the good figs that I really want as SDCC exclusives. LOL.
