Where's the pics? I always thought it was ridiculous to have preorder for items with no picture.

All I need is HERBIE.
I have a gatling gun and missile launcher that's going to be mounted onto him for sheer creepiness' sake.

I got this preordered a few days ago. So close to getting all that I need for my MU shelf.

Thanks to these packs, and the upcoming waves, all that's left for me to get are about 11-15 figures they need to make

Love these team packs though. Will make things so much simpler, especially if they keep at it with X-Force, and other teams like force works (Scarlet witch, US Agent, Century) or future foundation.

Anybody want just the thing from this set?
Once I get it, I'll be selling off my old reed, and the pack's thing.

A fantastic four pack without the Human Torch?
Out of all of those, I really only want that Hulk. Sue Richards and Reed both look kind of plain to me and theres already a few Thing's floating around. Not interested in that robot either.
Thor is basically the same figure thats already out and Iron Man is only a different color with that antenna.
The X-Force team all look to be basically repaints.

Ironman is modified.
Hulk is a new mold
Ant man and wasp are new molds.

Sue is a new figure as is reed. (though they both use previous bucks)
Herbie is all new.

Deadpool is a repaint of XMO Deluxe deadpool.
Warpath is a repaint of warpath with duller silvers.
Wolverine is a new head on the XMO astonishing wolverine colossus twopack figure that was rare for many people to find.

Heck out of the X-Men 6 pack, only Thunderbird, colossus and Storm really have new parts. The rest are all straight up repaints.

If you haven't noticed, a good chunk of the line is repaints with new parts or swapped parts.

Deadpool could be a repaint of the new comic one too since this is a repainted prototype.
I heard Giant X-Man Wolverine has a new head.

First of all, the Human Torch is dead. That's why he's not in this pack. Second, Sue and Reed look just like Sue and Reed. I'm not sure how they could have been made to look less plain. I am absolutely delighted by this whole pack.

Yeah- not real impressed with the X-Force box set- they should have gone with the current outfits and left out Warpath in favor of a Psylocke or Phantomex figure.

The Iron Man is only a repaint with a collar piece/antenna part- thaY did not even bother to repai the dings and damage sculpted onto the original or give him that odd skirt piece that he had back then!
That sey needs a Jarvis!

But I've got it preordered at BBTS anyway- need me a Hulktard and Wasp/Ant man in new sculpts is great!
Gonna repaint the other Ant Man from the Yellowjacket figure into the modern Ant Man.

That would involve Hasbro creating an entirely new mold, so not a chance.

Pre-ordered. Good to finally get Invisible Woman, gives me a bit of a dilemma about when to ship my BBTS POL though.

I dare say Hasbro will give us Psylocke using the X-23 mold at some point.

Just so we're clear, how are Wolverine and Deadpool's current costumes in the comics all that different from these beyond longer ears for Wolvie and the absence of that chest/harness thing (which as was pointed out can be remedied by a repaint of the Deadpool in the Taskmaster pack)?

As for the inclusion of Warpath, I don't know about the rest of you, but Warpath was so damn rare out here in Cali (I ordered him from HTS) that I never opened him. I'm looking forward to finally having a Warpath that I can display. I would definitely prefer a full on X-Force team set of 6 over the Giant Size X-men pack, but fat chance on that.

edit: Deadpool needs the red X on his belt in place of his usual DP logo.

I just shipped my POL, and will ship the second one once Skaar, X-23, Darkhawk, and the fantastic 4 arrive. My trick is I ship once the shipping reaches a dollar per item or less.

And yeah, Psylocke and Wolfsbane will probably come from X-23's mold.
I'm kind of surprised they haven't at the very least released a fantomex-like storm shadow. That'd be the easiest route for him.

Gotta love the POL! I'm overseas so I always try and ship around the $500 mark which roughly equates to one box, I seem to get super screwed by customs once the number of boxes increases.

I was going to ship once Doctor Strange comes in, but it might be worth holding on till July otherwise it'll be the end of the year before I see this set!

By the way, is anyone else thinking of customising Sue and Reed so the costumes matches the Human Torch figure from the first wave? I prefer the long sleeves.

I'm thinking of selling off my old ones and keeping the flamed on torch for that reason.

Hmmmm, good thing I still have my Torch from the Secret Wars 2 pack. The FF just isn't the FF without him.

Now if we could just get some villain team packs.

Got to say though that I really do like these team packs Hasbro has been doing. Really takes a lot of the frustration out of finding the team members because in the past it seemed like a member or two of a team would put in a hard to find wave.

Plus there is just the whole fun factor like when the Spiderman and his Amazing Friends set came out.

Did that- madea custom Sue with a Scarlett head and custom "4" decal.
Gott post pics! I'm just work and work lately...

I made a custom Reed too- his Secret Wars head looks a million times better on a Spider Man body- in the old Daredevil mold he was shorter than Sue!
Took the big stretchy forearms of this build a PVS figure thing of Reed that my LCS had and it makes the figure- just poped off the MU hands and glued the new forearms onto the ends- makes them elongated and really cartoony big!

Pics tomorrow!
