The VF100 were great and they really didn't have to transform IMO, especially with the Robot Damashii line coming...

Though the biggest problem with the VF-100s was not the parts swapping IMO (they're display pieces, NOT toys). It's the cost. They fall somewhere between a kit and a DX for a figure...

All the reports describe them as Itashi, which is fairly accurate when one actually realizes they are custom decals...

I expect the VF-19 to look pretty much the way it does in the photo. The VF-25F did, with the exception of the canopy color...

The old VF-19 from the 90's was much thicker due to the constraints...
