Is there a reason we're saying "portraits" instead of "heads"? Is it not a whole head, just a face perhaps? Grammatically it doesn't seem right to me at all. A portrait is a picture, not a 3d item.

The whole thing is literally a funnier version of one of the first scenes in the movie. Clearly things are tweaked, but I'd bet this is pretty spot on if you take out the humor.
