98% done. The base figure is a Spider-man Classics Spider=Sense Spider-man with a neck mod. The head could only swivel before so I spliced in a disc for head articulation. I now only need to paint...

Not a custom figure but..... The Hadoken fireball is made from a D-Arts Megaman X green charge shot. Used up half of my Testors blue and white bottles to make the shades of blue but it was worth it....

Can't really say what scale the figures are in. They are a bit larger than MU but they always come with accessories too large for them. :P

Got the pistol and m4 at Deals/Deal$ they can also be found Dollar Tree. They also have figures that come with shotguns. The figures are simple army playset figures.
