Hasbro can't control distribution but they can damn for sure fix case ratios which are atrocious. All hasbro needs to do is increase cases sizes to have two of all new figures or reduce them so fans...

I totally get what your saying but It's an ongoing problem hasbro has been up front about. If you look at alot of past female figures in the regular line alot of them are missing leg and knee joints....
