Ah, yes, her head does have a bobble effect to it, but most figures I get do. As for the paint, I may not be as critical as others or it may be that I like the character and i'm just not as critical...

I'm the one that you sold it to, I personally have no issues with paint or the quality of the figure. I don't remember how loose the figure was but, I like her so I'm really glad you don't!
