Indeed, they're releasing four previous versions of Dutch. Personally I am after the final battle (mud covered) Dutch as I had never saw it in person during its original release.

The Figuarts figures are scaled together pretty well, but aren't 6" they're slightly smaller. The new figures shown at Toyfair aren't scaled to eachother very well as Freeza and Vegeta are too close...
