Looks like the TRU exclusive Aquaman and Parademon are out. Someone on the Fwoosh boards posted a picture of them in store. They didn't say what city and state they were found in.

I've seen Mattel's Justice League Batcave refresh at TRU (Amazon also carries it) and the Walmart Flying Fox fairly frequently the past few days.

Both look quite nice, and I like how Mattel looks...

If this happens, I doubt it'll be any different than when Hasbro bought Kenner in the early 90's. They went from two major competitors to two seperate companies that operated under the same roof.
