That may we'll be the toy I'm thinking about!!! Once I put in Astro space labb vintage toy Into Google a bunch of pictures from different views.
I believe it did sell separately from the othe space...

I wish that was the one!!! I didn't have the other stuff though. I think I would have remembered all of the other cool rockets and the car. Mine may have had some type of control panel like this one...

I just remembered I didn't give an estimate of size around. The bottom sphere was about half the size of a bowling ball with each higher sphere being smaller!
