Domino effect

Is there an official term for when you accidentally bump a figure and try to put it back exactly as it was (and it won't go back exactly as it was), and you so very carefully place it on the shelf...

Why do I get the impression that the companies do not want to make a "perfect" figure? If they do, many not purchase the next figure etc....so let's keep making figures with great bodies and dopey...

I'd like to display my figures right up to the edge of my shelves so you can really see them. Most stands are set so the figure will need to e about 1/2 to 1 inch back.

(And many figures don't...

Doubt it will matter to me though...can't say I like the looks of them much.
