I hope that something good is coming and that's why they pushed back the Stinger and Arctic HISS.

The only WM's that were doing this were in close proximity to Targets that had their Joes for that price. Everyone else reported no change in their WM's pricing.

Someone had posted on HISSTANK earlier that they had found the UBP's on sale.
It was the only reported sighting that I know of and there was no receipt produced, but it was interesting nonetheless.
