What you need is some nail varnish remover. Doesn't affect the paint job, but a smidge of nail varnish remover on a cotton bud then rub it in the claws till the marker comes off. Works a treat.

I think it works for Union Jack. Don't know why, but it fits with him being all WW2, I don't picture him as being Captain America with the pecs and abs, more of a normal guy for the time.
