That is the same set that came out a few years ago, just in vintage style packaging, right? I ask because I got the one in regular packaging (love it) and want to make sure this isn't a new version.

They seem okay, but obviously smaller than what we are used to. I was looking at some size comparisons of Shockwave with other figures over on TFW2005, and he seems to be just about equal in height...
