Pretty much every Macross variable fighter toy 1:100 scale and above comes with a pilot. Unless you mean the little standing figure of Alto in his EX-Gear, then yes - this is the only toy that comes...

I think the music label version is still my favorite modern Soundwave toy, but for me Soundwave toys are like pizza - they're all good in one way or another and I've always got room for more.
