That's definitely Hal. In-hand photos have shown his hair is dark brown, while the gray hair is only really visible from the back of his head and what little paint that's stretched across his temples...

It's definitely a unique spin of the source material, but I actually don't mind how they've adapted Namor's design by adding a Mesoamerican influence while keeping the bare essentials of his look...

I could be mistaken but I think they also announced more Movie Realization Star Wars alongside Boba Fett. There was a new Mando (with Dark Saber and Grogu) as well as IG-11 in there as well.

He desperately needs more muscle definition. They've somehow been able to pull it off with their other figures, so I wonder why they couldn't do the same for Goblin here.

Really love that they went for Deathstorm's look in Brightest Day (complete with White Lantern). I always felt his design there looked better than his original Black Lantern design.

They're closer to true 1/12, so they tend to be a little smaller. If you do want something to scale closer to say, Marvel Legends, it's best to go for the Mezco version.
