^ Nice haul.

The Toys 'R Us store by me is completely stocked with Cap Wave 2 figures. At least 2 of each figure, including Crossbones, Red Skull and the Deluxe Hydra Soldier. I'm sure that anyone who is still searching for any of them will find them soon enough without too much trouble.

No worries bud, I got the feeling that yes, wave 2 is old news and I'll probably look like a douche posting about my score, but this is huge!

I live in Canada's biggest city GTA/Toronto and collecting figs in Canada totally sucks. Other than comic book/toy stores that charge a minimum $15 for MU figs, we've only got a few retailers where we can get some for $10. It's pretty much tough as heck hunting here and rarely any luck.

This comforts me...and saddens me. If Toronto has no figures, my little island sure as hell wont have any =(

Thanks bud, I went to 5 comic/toy stores and 3 TRUs in the past few days and saw absolutely nothing... I wasn't expecting anything at Zellers since they never have anything good, but they had a special kiosk full of Cap stuff in the aisle. But this is promising for Canadians since all Zellers will likely carry the same, similar to the Thor/Transformers DotM kiosks.

For now, could you just use the Magneto helmet?? If I could put in my 2 cents on the body, I would say go with Colossus. He's pretty big.

If they did ever make a figure, it would be cool to have a Phobos in that line as well.

As a sucker for scale, Colossus is just to big. Ares is only 6'1. I think the Hawkeye body build would be awsome. I am thinking of using a Star Wars Senate Guard helmet for it, but it looks soft plastic like to be and will be a bugger to paint...

I'm all for scale. But I just think a bigger version of him would look great. Especially if you used Colossus face and could get the helmet on his head. That reaction is perfect. But that's just me, because of how muscular he is and some artists like making him super huge in some books lol.

You have a point. I just know when one is made, it will be an comic con exclusive. That is my luck and it will effect everyone else too lol

Same body on Doc sampson and Piledriver and Thunderball- you can find those loose cheaply on ebay.
I'm keeping an eye open for that helmeted SW fig for you- I've seen him but not lately.
There's also some clone cadet figure with a helmet almost as good.

1 of my local comic shops finally got Captain America figures in, they had the entire first wave. Sadly I didn't have a spare $100 to snag em, so I did what most of us would do and bought Red Skull and Crossbones, debated on keeping them MOC, but I eventually opened them, and I am loving the red skull, his sculpt is spot on and very detailed, I fucking love and hate that flame piece he's "suppose to hold", it looks cool but I only had it stay in his hand securely once before he fell over while redoing my display, and won't go back, the big missle launcher gun is pretty decent 2, and Crossbones is well just pure badass. I'm hoping come next pay to have enough $$ to go back and buy some more.. I want the Captain Britain, bucky cap and movie style cap, the others are gonna wait a few, he also has 2 stretch strike venoms there 2. He charges slightly more then walmart or zellers would charge me at $12.99 a figure, but he doesn't have as much traffic for the figures as it's an OWL's Hollow store that sells tons of baby things and little kids toys, tons of lego etc. But He has a wall of action figures, from marvel,dc,transformers, starwars, gi joe, neca, mcfarlane etc which is perfect for a collector like me. He has tons of IM2 figues if anybody is needing a silver centrium, hulkbuster, comic iron monger, etc.. nothing from the latest waves though. I'm hoping to secure myself the rest of the wave along with some DC universe wave 11 figures, local guy wants to trade me his Hot toys Iron Man Mark 3 figure... which is amazing for in exchange the entire DCU wave 11,.. the guy has like 4-5 figures from the wave. which will cost me near $100 and the guy is usually pretty decent, cuts me the tax, drops a few bucks off and holds stuff for forever for me. On top of all that my other local comic guy got me a Marvel Select Deadpool figure, as I don't have enought to buy either the original or 2 pack version ML Deadpool, this will have to do, I have 3-4 auctions coming my way, and I found 2 somewhat local sellers that have huge ML collections for pretty cheap I'm trying to score. if/when I do I will have quite a few doubles that I may keep for customs but would rather trade/sell on here. more updates and pics to follow. and sorry for the long ass speech.
