I saw these at my target, but it looks like the wings were painted on instead of having it's own separate mold like the b/w one that was exclusive at SDCC... i dunno if its the same for you guys?

Wings are there. They are wing-shaped bumps in the head mold painted white.

Definately a good start but it won't be solid until we get waves 2 & 3. Magneto....Thor....etc.
