XM STudios Darkseid is a way better statue hands down..

However, Sideshows version looks...
more old school Comic style to me.
The price is about $200 less for SS.
XM looks pretty good for sure....
At about $200 more it should =^)

To me...SideShow Darkseid has it's charm IMHO =^)
