heh, no kidding! Even though the figures have left the factory, there still isn't a guarantee they will be on shelves soon. It's possible there could be something horribly wrong with them and Shocker would have to send them back. After the whole Four Horsemen Ramathorr fiasco, I know how many things can go wrong.

Hopefully they'll hit soon though, it's been far too long since there's been a Maxx figure on the shelves (although I do quite like the old McFarlane one!)
