I have been trying to figure out two lines of toys from when i was a kid. i no longer have the figures but would like to get them again and cant figure out what they are called.

first ones were little army guys that were kind of like mighty max but they would come with a base that turned into some type of army tool you could use. like a flashlight,canteen and so fourth,

the other i remember my grandmom buying for me in the 90's at ames and hills any they were tanks and helicoptprs and jets and would all combine into a larger vehicle like 5 or 6 would all come together and i think they came with army figures also. if anyone can help it would be amazing.
