LOl me too & I can't wait for the figure of him when he returned but yeah my Cable had issues too since the wrist joint broke cleanly off its peg so I put a cup of water for about 3 minutes in my microwave & I dipped the forearm so I could use this little thing that might be an attachment to a drill or just to unscrew tiny screws (idk what it's called LOL). I dug it in just a bit & I was able to pull out the peg. I kinda ended up marking the end of the forearm but it went back to normal before it cooled back down but either way the hand totally covers it up. After that I just put in a really tiny bit of crazy glue to the peg & the hand & after a few minutes of holding it in place then it was fixed & I popped the peg back in & the metal hand of my Cable was as good as new.

BTW the answer to your questions is that the Cable with Hope is rarer (which I have XD)
